Elaina Gabriele is Head of Project Management at NPC, where she is responsible for managing cross divisional projects and business administration.

She has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles across the financial services industry in large international institutions and small to mid-sized companies as a business consultant. Previously, Elaina was Business Manager for the CFO of Global Technology at J.P. Morgan Chase (JPMC). She has a combined 12 years of experience with JPMC, where she was a regional Sales Business Manager and worked on projects in Municipals, Fixed Income, Exotic and Credit Derivatives, including the merger of the JP Morgan and Chase entities.

Before JPMC, she was the CAO at Barclays Americas Finance, covering the Product Control, Financial Control, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Tax teams. She was responsible for cost and headcount management, location strategy, and their Global People Agenda.

Elaina has also consulted and project managed for the Royal Bank of Scotland/ABN AMRO merger, where she helped integrate the Equities Operations Team and became their Chief Operating Officer. Elaina began her markets career as a trading assistant in Spot FX and junior trader in FX Options at Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank.

Elaina graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Arts in economics and International Business. She holds a Master of Business Administration from St. John’s University in International Finance and was part of the Executive-in-Residence Program, guest lecturing and working on the University’s business ventures.
