Joseph Felicitato is the Director of Investment Operations & Platform Strategy at NPC, where he is responsible for the end-to-end operational infrastructure of the investment management platform.
Joseph has over 17 years of financial services industry experience. Before joining Nomura, he was at J.P. Morgan Asset Management for over 12 years primarily in senior portfolio implementation and business management roles for the Multi-Asset Solutions’ business. Most recently he was a portfolio manager focusing on global tactical asset allocation and the US Head of Portfolio Implementation. The team’s mandate was end-to-end order management and monitoring while also creating efficiencies, a strong control framework, and scale supporting immense business growth. Specifically, Joseph designed and led process reengineering and technology integration to a single investment platform. Additionally, he spent over 2 years as the US Chief Operating Officer focused on broad business management, operating environment, and risk management.
Joseph also has over 6 years of internal audit experience combined at both J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley. He focused on full scope reviews of all investment management areas including traditional and alternatives businesses.
Joseph earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from St. John’s University.
